What is Lancr?

Lancr is a platform where freelancers build and manage their professional identity. Not a marketplace, not a job board. Lancr doesn't take a commission on your projects or rate. Instead, we offer tools to prove your credibility, know your market value and get found by the right clients.

What's coming at launch?

At the September launch, Layer of Trust 1 (Identity) becomes available. That means you can verify your identity via itsme and your business via the KBO. You'll get a verified badge on your profile and become discoverable to clients and partners.

We're also launching rate benchmarks based on current market data, so you always know how your day rate compares to the market. External job listings are available right away. The integration with Connecting-Expertise and the verified projects follow shortly after launch.

The Launch plan is free, forever. With it you get a verified identity, a basic profile, access to job listings and rate benchmarks. You pay nothing and there are no hidden costs.

Trusted and Certified will follow later: paid plans that unlock references, certificates and extended profile features. But for the launch, Launch is all you need to get started.

Start with trust. Verify your identity via itsme and your business details via the KBO. That immediately shows which information has really been checked.

Make your profile shareable. Bring your experience, skills and professional information together and share your profile easily via your personal public link.

Discover what fits you. Browse external job listings, follow interesting companies and clusters, and focus on the sectors you want to work in. Verified projects via our partners are coming soon.

Know your worth. Enter your day rate and compare it with the market via the Rate Benchmark.

Connecting-Expertise, the Belgian VMS platform with more than 6,500 freelancers and suppliers in its network, becomes the first partner to integrate Lancr's verification data. This means that, with your consent, your verified badge also becomes visible within their ecosystem of 140+ clients. This integration follows shortly after launch.
